Home / Features / AI assistant
Ask about your day in plain words.
The assistant answers from your Board, your schedule, your team and your numbers, on any PC. It sees only what the PC asking may see, on HIPAA-eligible services under a BAA.
Who is in today?
Everyone except Dr. Lee, who is off today. Maria is out until 1:00 PM.
How is today's production going?
$1,834 charted so far, 16% of today's goal. OP-3 has produced the most.
Answers without digging through reports.
Ask the way you would ask a colleague. The assistant looks it up in OperatoryView and answers in a sentence or two.
Who is where
Which rooms are running long, who is waiting, and which room is free, right now.
Today's schedule
What the afternoon looks like, room by room and provider by provider.
Your team
Who is in, who is out, and until when, as the front desk marked it.
Your numbers
How today, this month or a provider is doing, from your production analytics.
Today's messages
What was sent today, and what a room asked for.
A patient's details
Found by name, on the PCs allowed to see them.
The AI report
Generate a report and OperatoryView's AI looks across your practice's numbers for patterns you wouldn't spot: what's shifting, what moves together and what stands out, each with the evidence and a suggested next step. Ask a follow-up, and keep the conversation for later.
- Built from totals and counts only, never a patient
- On the admin PCs that see your analytics
- It compares the last 30 days with the last 12 months
- Follow-up questions in the same place
- Download any report as a PDF

Questions about the assistant
What can the assistant see?
Only what the PC asking may see. An operatory PC's assistant sees what that room sees, and no more.
Is patient information sent to the AI?
When a question needs it, the assistant can use a patient's details, and only what the asking PC may see. It runs on OperatoryView's own AI service on Amazon Web Services, under a Business Associate Agreement. The AI report uses totals and counts, never a patient.
Can it change my schedule?
No. It reads. It never writes to your practice software or moves anything on the Board.
How long are chats kept?
30 days after the last message, then they are deleted. Chats are left out of backups.
